How do I restore Bitwin Pro on a new device?
Sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy Pro, then open Bitwin and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Pro usually unlocks on its own at launch too.
I bought Pro but it still shows as locked.
Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in to the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases. If you used Ask to Buy, Pro unlocks once the purchase is approved.
Will my habits move to my new phone?
Bitwin stores your habits only on your device. They move to a new phone if you restore it from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one.
How does a streak work?
Complete a habit on consecutive days to build its streak. Today isn't over until midnight, so an unfinished habit won't break your streak until the day ends. Complete all your habits in one day to earn a perfect day, and collect perfect days to grow your crystal.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Reset all data, or delete the app. We never had a copy, so nothing remains with us.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
