Terms of Use

Effective 5 October 2026 · Hadouken Productions

Bitwin is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“the Apple EULA”). The terms below add to the Apple EULA. If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies.

1. Who we are

Bitwin is made by Hadouken Productions (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Bitwin, you agree to these terms.

2. Using Bitwin

Bitwin helps you track small daily habits. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.

3. Bitwin Pro

4. Your data

Your habits and progress are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't hold a copy, so deleting the app or resetting your device will permanently erase them unless they're included in your device backups.

5. Not medical advice

Bitwin is a motivational tool. It doesn't provide medical, health, fitness or psychological advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting any habit that could affect your health.

6. Changes to the app

We may update, change or stop offering Bitwin or any of its features. If we remove a feature included in Bitwin Pro, we'll make reasonable efforts to keep it working for people who have already bought Pro.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, Bitwin is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in the Apple EULA.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use Bitwin after an update means you accept the new terms.
